Locums | Hematology/Oncology | Clinic + Call | Everett, WA (IMLC accepted) Why This Role

  • Opportunity to help establish and grow a new oncology clinic within the Everett community
  • Primarily outpatient clinic work with low-volume, phone-only call for established patients
  • Long-term locums assignment with full-time weekday schedule and structured call support
Assignment Details Start Date: 4/15/2026 End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call Practice Setting: Outpatient Weekend Call: 1 in 6 weekends, 24-hour call with rounding Saturday and Sunday Weeknight Call: Every other week beeper call for clinic patients only Clinical Details Patients Per Day: Approximately 10–14 Patient Mix: New patient consults initially with increasing follow-ups over time Beds in Department: 6 Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 3 office staff EMR: Epic Call Details: Phone-only beeper call, low census Overtime: Applies after 40 clinical hours per week Requirements Board certified in Hematology/Oncology Fellowship trained Active Washington license or IMLC eligible Comfortable working in a new clinic environment and establishing care Ability to take required weekday and weekend call Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
