- ASAP Need - Ongoing
- Minimum 2 weeks a month
- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 4 or 5 days per week, 8:30a-4:30p, admin day or 1/2 day if needed
- Call Schedule: 7 days of call including one weekend, 1 in 4 rotation
- Call Ratio: 1:4
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 3 currently
- Trauma Level: 3
- ADDITIONAL DETAILS/QUESTIONS ANSWERED BY CLIENT:
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT 10-15
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications: BC, OR license, DEA, Self-Query NPDB
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks
- Clean background/no malpractice
