About the Role

Starling Oncology is expanding across Central Florida. We are seeking an experienced Hematologist Oncologist to join our new clinic in Kissimmee, FL, located about 20 miles south of Orlando.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new market, build your practice with intention, and be part of a physician-centered model designed for long-term success.

Practice & Clinical Support Model

• Established referral networks and growing patient demand
• Collaborative, team-based environment with strong operational and clinical support
• On-site infusion services
• Dedicated APP, Nursing, and Medical Assistant support
• Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration

Compensation & Incentives

• Guaranteed base salary with wRVU upside—no shift to production-only compensation
• $100K signing bonus
