Shift: 4 or 5 days per week, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (admin day or half day if needed)

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult oncology and hematology patients
Setting: Outpatient free-standing cancer center
Responsibilities: Provide clinical care consistent with training and licensure of a medical oncologist/hematologist
Required Procedures: Consistent with medical oncology/hematology practice
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 3 physicians and 2 APPs
Days Per Month: Minimum 2 weeks per month required
On-Call/Weekends: 7 days of call including one weekend, 1:4 rotation; 1 weekend per month
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
- Active Oregon license (or willing to obtain)
- Clean background / no malpractice
- Self-Query NPDB
