Locum Tenens Hematology Oncology Physician
Position Type: Locum Tenens

Shift: 0800 – 1630; Mon – Thurs; 16 shifts per month
Position Details:
Patient Population: 18 years and older
Setting: Clinic with inpatient consults (very infrequent)
Responsibilities: Consults, follow-up care, oversee administration of antineoplastics in clinic
Required Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies, antineoplastics, phlebotomies, IV IgG, iron therapy
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 2 nurses per provider, referral and triage nurses, reception, lab, social worker, referrals, dietician
Days Per Month: 16
On-Call/Weekends: One weekend per month; phone call only. One week and one weekend call per month
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
- Active IA License or Active IMLC (LOQ required)
- Fellowship Trained in Hematology & Oncology
- Clean Malpractice/Background with NPDB Self-Query
