About the Role

The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematologist Oncologist to join our growing San Gabriel, California practice. This is an outpatient focused opportunity designed for physicians who want to deliver high quality, patient centered cancer care in a community based setting with strong infrastructure and reduced administrative burden.

This role offers a highly competitive compensation structure including a 100,000 sign on bonus, strong base salary, RVU incentives, and equity opportunities.

PRACTICE AND CLINICAL SUPPORT MODEL

Practice and Clinical Support Model

Established referral network with a growing patient panel
On site infusion services
Dedicated APP, nursing, and medical assistant support
Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration
Technology enabled workflows to support efficient, high quality care
Integrated administrative and operational support so physicians can focus on clinical care

RESPONSIBILITIES SECTION

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in an outpatient setting
Diagnose and treat patients with cancer and blood disorders
Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary care teams
Participate in tumor boards and care coordination meetings
Support quality and value based care initiatives
Participate in shared call coverage rotation

Qualifications

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
Eligible for or active California medical license
Strong clinical and patient communication skills
Commitment to team based, patient centered care
Visa candidates considered for select locations where cap exempt sponsorship is available

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with shared call structure and call coverage approximately every fourth weekend
