Coverage Needed:
- Start date: ASAP
- End date: At least 6 months from start date
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, at least 3 days a week
Clinical Details:
- Coverage Type: Outpatient only
- Patients per day: 15-20
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: RN/LPN
- Call: No call coverage required
- Will be only MD onsite
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
- Ohio DEA
- Ohio license
- IMLC candidates considered
