- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 days/week)
Clinical Details
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Population: Primarily adults (ages 18–25 and older)
- Case Mix: General Hematology and Oncology
Requirements
- Active Kentucky license required; will consider IMLC
- Must be Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology
