Role Overview:
Join a physician-led, integrated multispecialty practice providing comprehensive care for patients with hematologic disorders and solid tumor malignancies. This is a collaborative, team-based environment emphasizing longitudinal, patient-centered oncology care with advanced clinical and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage benign and malignant hematologic conditions and solid tumors

• Develop individualized oncology treatment plans, including chemotherapy and biologics

• Provide outpatient oncology care with inpatient consult coverage as needed

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: surgery, radiation oncology, pathology, primary care

• Utilize EMR for coordinated, high-quality patient care

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and survivorship planning

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practices

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology

• Eligible for or able to obtain California medical license

• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate patient communication

• Commitment to high-quality, team-based cancer care
