Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 3 months with possible extension
Preferred Schedule: 7:30-4:40 Monday- Friday with Patients scheduled 8 am to 3:30 PM. Weeknight call included, M/TH
Worksite Setting: Clinic and Hospital
Scope of Work: Clinic and call. Hematology/Oncology
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC: requires BOTH medical ONC and Hem – unless they have completed combined Hem/Onc fellowship. If so, they are only required to be boarded in one or the other. Active KY license or compact in hand, BLS/ACLS, DEA. Epic experience
EMR: EPIC
