- Outpatient Clinic Visits 8a-4:30p
- After Hours Phone Call 4:30p-8a
- After Hours Call/Phone Only 4:30p-8a for Established Patients Weekend Call/Phone Only
- No surgeries or procedures required
- EMR: EPIC/Dragon
- Certifications: BC/BE, BLS, MI license or IMLC
- Credentialing: Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
