Hematology & Oncology Opportunity – OH
Start: 2/23/2026
Schedule & Coverage:
• Clinic coverage
– Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays | 8:00a–4:00p
– Weeknight call 4:00p–8:00a
• Daytime hospital call included on clinic days
• Weekend call: 1 weekend per month covering 2 hospitals
– Friday 4:00p through Monday 8:00a
Work Details:
• Practice setting: Hematology/Oncology Clinic with hospital call
• Patient volume: 18–20 patients per day
• Patient population: 18+
• Support staff: 1 APP, 1 RN, 1 MA
• EMR: Epic
• No special procedures required
Outpatient & Call Responsibilities:
• Manage Epic In Basket daily
• Place own orders (nursing support available; do not override ABN warnings)
• Sign outpatient notes by EOD or following day
• Report off to next provider in call rotation
• Round on assigned inpatients and complete consult notes by EOD
Requirements:
• Board-Certified Oncology
• Active Ohio license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
