Coverage Needed
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule: 4-5 days per week, 8 AM - 4 PM
- On Call: Yes, exact schedule TBD

- Inpatient Responsibilities
- Outreach: Yes, potentially 6 days per month
- Telehealth: Yes
- Number of Physicians: 1
- Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 0
- Supervision of APPs: No
- Nursing Support: 1:1
- Medical Imaging: Yes
- Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-30
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-15
- Appointment Length: Consult - 40 minutes, Follow-up - 20 minutes
- Patient Population: Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial
- EMR: EPIC
- Services Offered: Patient assessments, new treatment plans, ongoing treatment plans, changes in therapy, referral for ancillary services, end-of-life care, chemotherapy management, pain management
Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Active IA License or Active IMLC
- Fellowship Trained in Hematology & Oncology
- Must be experienced
- Willing to work at both of our client's locations
- Clean Malpractice/Background
