Hematology and Oncology locums opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa offering block scheduling with 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and ongoing coverage needs.

Practice Setting

Schedule

- Daytime clinic hours during scheduled weeks
- Call required during assigned blocks
- Ongoing coverage with future weeks still open
Cases and Responsibilities
- Patient assessments and treatment planning
- Chemotherapy and ongoing care management
- End-of-life care and coordination with specialists
- Collaborative approach with radiation and surgical oncology
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology and Oncology Physician
- Fellowship trained in Hematology and Oncology
- Active Iowa license or open to IMLC physicians
- Willingness to cover multiple nearby sites
