Coverage Needed
- July 2026 - Ongoing
- Schedule: Day Shift, 8 hours per day
- Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Orientation: Arrival the day prior (weekday)
Clinical Details
- Outpatient Setting, partial telehealth may be an option for an established locum
- Patient Volume: 10-15 per day
- Time Template: New patients 60 minutes, Follow-up 30 minutes
- Chemo Support: 5-6 chemo treatments per day
- Provider: Locum will be the sole provider
- Support Staff: 2-3 RNs for clinic, 3-4 RNs for infusion
- Clinic Rooms: 4
- Infusion Bays: 12
- Call: No night call required
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified in Medical Oncology required; Hematology board not required, but Hematology fellowship preferred
- Active OK License preferred
- Required Certifications: BLS, OBNDD, DEA Certificate (DEA and OBNDD must have OK address, OK license must be updated to include client's address)
- Epic Experience required
