Coverage Needed
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Clinic hours 8 AM - 4 PM
- On Call: Yes; exact schedule TBD
- Weekend Requirements: As Needed
Clinical Details
- Inpatient Responsibilities & Telehealth
- Outreach: Potentially 6 days per month
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-30
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-15
- Appointment Length: Consult - 40 minutes, Follow-up - 20 minutes
- Patient Population: Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Nursing Support 1:1, Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy
Requirements
- Must be experienced
- Provider must be willing to work at multiple locations
- Clean Malpractice/Background
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Active IA License or Active IMLC
- Fellowship Trained in Hematology & Oncology
- Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month)
