A highly regarded, collaborative cancer program in Greeley, Colorado is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hematology/Oncology physician to join its dynamic and growing team. Position Highlights

Job Responsibilities
Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice and license history – Highly preferred
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – REQUIRED
Qualifications
Base Salary: $489,000 – $543,000
Quality and productivity bonus potential
