• Phone Consults: Will only need to take phone calls from ER doctors and hospitalist during clinic hours

• % of Practice: 100% Office/Clinic; 35% Hematology,
• Physician in Practice: 2
• Support Staff:
-1NP, 1PA, 1 Nurse Navigator, 5 Nurses, 1 Pharmacist,
-2 Pharm Techs, 4 Schedulers, 1 Lab Tech, 1 Social Worker, 5 MAs
• Duties/Clinical Areas:
-Oupatient Hema/Oncology
-Participation in Tumor board
-Signing chemotherapy orders for nursing staff to administer
-Respond to nurse questions and to patient reactions in the infusion section of the clinic.
• Procedures:
-Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Intracavitary
• Office Equipment:Lab & X-ray Onsite
• Beds in the Dept: 143
• No. of Exam rooms: 10
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
