Job Opportunity: Hematology/Oncology Physician

You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through expert care and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care for individuals with various types of cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
  • Work alongside a team of physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff to deliver disease-specific care.
  • Collaborate with nurse navigators and care managers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
  • Stay at the forefront of innovative treatments and technologies in oncology.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR system to document and manage patient care effectively.
  • Participate in clinical research and apply new treatment methodologies.
  • Offer consultations, second opinions, and treatment plans for complex cancer cases.
  • Collaborate with a progressive team to deliver the highest standard of patient care.
  • Engage in minimal call responsibilities shared with a large team of other clinicians.
  • NOT DOING ANY LOCUMS OR LOCUMS TO PERM.
  • Able to support visa candidates for this position.

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology. [REQUIRED]
  • Active Colorado License (or willingness to obtain). [REQUIRED]
  • Clean malpractice and license history. [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active). [REQUIRED]
  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start). [REQUIRED]
  • Permanent Placement Fee of $25K. [REQUIRED]
  • Visa Support: Does the provider require J1 or H1B support? [REQUIRED]

License and Certification Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
  • Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain.
  • DEA registration (to be obtained before starting work).
  • Recent NPDB Self Query Report.
