Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing
Preferred Schedule: Clinic w call (call required)
Mon-Fri 8a-430p
Call: 1:3 (30m response). Provider on call full week via phone and in person for hospital consults, FT availability required to present
Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient
Scope of Work: Trauma Level 2, Avg 15 ppd clinic, New pts: 2, 60m per encounter, 30m follow up, Supervision of APPs, Avg 2.5 admissions per day while on call NOTE: 60 day requirement for ANY shift cancellations both parties
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license preferred, IMLC accepted, BC in Hem/Onc, drive in candidates preferred, will allow one R/T airfare per month for non drive in candidates
EMR: Aria and Cerner
