The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Hematology/Oncology physicians to join a well-established, community-based practice in Florence, SC. This Monday–Friday clinical role focuses on coordinating and managing cancer care in collaboration with MUSC’s Division of Hematology & Oncology at Hollings Cancer Center, following NCCN guidelines. Passionate physicians who are confident in managing cancer diagnoses will join a team committed to expanding access to high-quality cancer treatment for patients in Florence and surrounding communities.
About MUSC Health – Florence is a 396-bed regional acute care facility with more than 1,500 employees and nearly 250 physicians across all major specialties, serving the healthcare needs of Northeastern South Carolina. The hospital offers a comprehensive range of services, including cancer care, cardiac services, women’s health, orthopedics, surgery, emergency and trauma care, rehabilitation, and community health services. Required Qualifications:
- Board certified/Board eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Interest in building a newly established practice
- Eligible for SC licensure
- Willing to assist in teaching of residents and fellows.
