Join a dynamic outpatient clinic in Everett, WA, where you'll play a crucial role in establishing a relatively new healthcare facility. You will primarily see new patients, transitioning to follow-up visits as you help build a strong community care environment. This position offers a full-time schedule with on-call responsibilities.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with 1 in 6 weekend hospital call and 1 in 2 weeknight beeper call

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care primarily to new patients, transitioning to follow-up visits
  • Participate in hospital rounds and handle on-call responsibilities, ensuring continuity of care
  • Collaborate with a team to establish and grow the clinic’s operations

Qualifications

  • Board Certification (or eligibility) in Hematology Oncology
  • Fellowship training in Hematology Oncology preferred
  • Comfortable with on-call duties as described
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours

  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Call: 1 in 6 weekend hospital call, 1 in 2 weeknight beeper call
  • Overtime compensation after 40 clinical hours per week
