Schedule:

• Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Possible one half-day off during the week (Mon–Thu)
• Hospital call during some weekday evenings and weekend call only
• Call is very light (beeper/phone-based)

Call Details:

• Weekday & weekend call: phone calls, occasional rounding
• Night call census: 1–2 patients

Provider Requirements:

• Minimum availability: 2 or more consecutive weeks (less will not be considered)

Preferred availability:

• May–August: 4 weeks per month
• September 2026 onward: 2 weeks per month (rotating with another provider covering 3 weeks/month; weeks may span end/beginning of months)

Staffing:

• 2 Full-time Physicians
• 2 Full-time APPs

Clinical Duties:

• Primarily Medical Oncology & Hematology
• Consults and follow-ups
• Possible bone marrow biopsies (preferred, but flexible)

Patient Volume:

• Clinic census per shift: 15–23 patients

Case Mix:

• Med Onc / Hem Onc: 60% / 40%
• No acute leukemia or malignant hematology
• New admissions are handled by Hospitalists

Requirements:

• Any State license, or willingness to obtain a Missouri (MO) license, is accepted
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• ACLS/BLS - Required
