Position overview:
The facility is seeking 1 Hematology/Oncology locum provider to work 3 days/week full time.
Schedule: 3 Days Per Week FT
Setting: Outpatient only
Team Composition: 1 MD to 1 NP onsite. Support staff includes NP to nursing
Patient volume: 12 to 15 patients/day (varies by patient mix)
Case Mix: 80% Oncology to 20% Hematology
Hematology Scope: Includes both benign to malignant cases
EMR: EPIC
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 120 days
Location: Cooperstown, NY
Start date: 04/06/2026
End Date: Ongoing
Procedures/Skills:
- Bone marrow procedures are a plus (most handled by IR)
Requirements:
- Board Certification required
- Active NY License
