Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Call Type: Beeper
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
EMR System: Cerner
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Patients Per Shift: 10-15-20
Team: Work with 1 oncologist and 3 NPs
Estimated credentialing timeframe(Days): 60 days
Providers Requested: 1
Location: Weston and Stevens Point, WI; Outreach: Stevens Point 2 days/week (Tuesday–Wednesday)
Procedures:Bone marrow biopsies, intrathecal chemotherapy
Equipment: Intellidose TxM
Requirements:
- Board certification required
- Fellowship required
- Willing to obtain WI license
- ATLS/BLS required
