Number of Beds: 245
Call Schedule: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks
Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
Percentage of the Practice: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology
Number of Physicians: 7
APPs: 6
Average number of patients/day - Outpatient: 25
Average number of patients/day - Hospital (Call/Rounding): 20
Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days

- Participation on a Tumor Board
- Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants
- Blood Bank
- Orders Tests
- Orders Images
- Prescribes
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology required
