Dates of Coverage: March 2026 - March 2027
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
Percentage of the practice: Hematology 50%; Oncology 50%
Average patients per day: 30 average
EMR: EPIC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: With an IN license 60 days; without IN license 90 days
The facility is looking for an Outpatient Locum Hematology/Oncology to start in March 2026. Coverage will include Mishawaka campus as well. The need is for Infusion coverage at both Mishawaka (3 days) and Plymouth (2 days) with call coverage in the evenings.
Required Procedures and duties:
- Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters
- Bone Marrow Biopsy
- Participation on a Tumor Board
- Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants
- Orders Tests
- Blood Bank
- Orders Images
- Prescribes
Submission Requirements:
- Board certification required
- Active IN State License or IMLC with LOQ in hand required
- BLS required
