This is a permanent, full-time outpatient clinical role focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions. Enjoy a collaborative care environment, balanced schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives. 💙
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
• Provide patient and family education and supportive care
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure (facility will assist with OR license process)
• DEA license and CPR certification required
• Prior outpatient hematology/oncology experience preferred
Working Hours
⏰ Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient Clinic Hours
