- Nights; 2-3 days per week
- Weekends; once every 10 weeks.
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Response Time: 15 mins
• Patient Volume: 15
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA
• Duties:
- Patient examination, Treatment Administration, Supportive Care Plans & Symptom mgmt
- Patient Monitoring, New Patient Consults of Hem & Onc referrals
- Coordinating w/ other healthcare professionals, Hospital Rounds
- Maintaining accurate & detailed medical records, Genetic testing, early detection, genetic counseling.
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active OK License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• Case Logs
