Location: Oklahoma City OK
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Additionally, the provider will be expected to take call coverage 2-3 days each week and
- participate in a weekend call rotation occurring once every ten weeks. (they must take equal call with the others in the group).
- Call is one weekday call approximately every 9 days
- One weekend call approximately every 9 weekends
- Call is 24-hour after-hours coverage
- A nurse takes first call until 2:00 a.m., which helps reduce call volume
Responsibilities:
- Patients under treatment- patient examination
- Treatment Administration
- Supportive Care Plans and symptom management
- Patient Monitoring
- New Patient Consults of Hematologic and Oncologic Referrals
- Patient Communication
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals
- Hospital Rounds
- Call Coverage
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.

- Delivers psycho-social support services and survivorship care for patients
- Offers genetic testing, early detection services, genetic counseling, education, and ongoing patient support
- Includes nurse navigators to guide patients through diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship
- Utilizes a multidisciplinary team approach, collaborating with radiation oncology, surgical oncology, breast oncology, gynecologic oncology, colorectal surgery, and other specialties
- Oncology infusion services are located within the same facility, just steps from clinic spaces
- Oncology nurses are specially trained and licensed in oncology care and education
