Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA
Location: Oklahoma City OK


Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Additionally, the provider will be expected to take call coverage 2-3 days each week and
  • participate in a weekend call rotation occurring once every ten weeks. (they must take equal call with the others in the group).
  • Call is one weekday call approximately every 9 days
  • One weekend call approximately every 9 weekends
  • Call is 24-hour after-hours coverage
  • A nurse takes first call until 2:00 a.m., which helps reduce call volume

Responsibilities:

  • Patients under treatment- patient examination
  • Treatment Administration
  • Supportive Care Plans and symptom management
  • Patient Monitoring
  • New Patient Consults of Hematologic and Oncologic Referrals
  • Patient Communication
  • Coordinating with other healthcare professionals
  • Hospital Rounds
  • Call Coverage
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.

  • Offers clinical trials of investigational pharmaceuticals and cutting-edge diagnostic technologies
  • Features an on-site cancer resource center and URAC-accredited specialty pharmacy, providing comprehensive care in one location
  • Delivers psycho-social support services and survivorship care for patients
  • Offers genetic testing, early detection services, genetic counseling, education, and ongoing patient support
  • Includes nurse navigators to guide patients through diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship
  • Utilizes a multidisciplinary team approach, collaborating with radiation oncology, surgical oncology, breast oncology, gynecologic oncology, colorectal surgery, and other specialties
  • Oncology infusion services are located within the same facility, just steps from clinic spaces
  • Oncology nurses are specially trained and licensed in oncology care and education

Additional Note: Case logs with ICD-10 coding for the past 12 months are required.
