Position Overview

Alina Telehealth is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician (MD/DO) to provide outpatient telehealth consultations for adult patients through an established and growing telemedicine program.

This is a fully remote role offering flexible scheduling, guaranteed weekly hours, and strong clinical support. Providers do not need to be currently licensed in Washington but must be willing to obtain a WA license, with licensing support and reimbursement provided.

Clinical Scope

  • Adult patients only

  • Benign hematology and oncology consultations

  • Initial visits: 40 minutes

  • Follow-ups: 20 minutes

  • Responsibilities include:

    • Outpatient consults and follow-up management

    • Lab review (24-hour turnaround)

    • EMR documentation

    • Coordination with onsite clinical and operations teams

Schedule & Availability

  • Part-time, flexible schedule

  • Typical schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays strongly preferred)

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

  • Minimum commitment: 24 hours per week

  • Time zone: Pacific

Licensing & Credentialing

  • MD or DO required

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology

  • Washington medical license required for practice

  • Providers without WA license must be willing to obtain one

  • IMLC pathway supported

  • Licensing costs reimbursed upon completion

  • Credentialing timeline:

    • WA licensed: ~90 days

    • WA via IMLC: ~90–120 days

Technology & Support

  • EMR: OncoEMR (Flatiron)

  • EMR training provided

  • Telehealth platform supplied by the facility

  • Full credentialing and operational support

  • Dedicated clinical and administrative team

  • One-year minimum commitment preferred
