We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hematologist Oncologist to join a well-established outpatient clinical setting in the Bronx. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive cancer care with a patient-centered approach while collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hematologist Oncologist to join a well-established outpatient clinical setting in the Bronx. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive cancer care with a patient-centered approach while collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and diagnose patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing follow-up care and monitor treatment progress
• Collaborate with specialists, radiology, and support staff
• Deliver geriatric-focused oncology care as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency
• Active state medical license
• Strong commitment to quality patient care
Working Hours
• Full-time (Part-time options may be available)
• Day shift | Outpatient-focused
Skills
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities
• Ability to work in a team-based care model
• Up-to-date knowledge of oncology best practices
