- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 2 is looking for a provider to on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 10-14 patients per shift. Seeking one full-time provider to support a newly established clinic, primarily seeing new patients with follow-up visits increasing as the contract continues. The ideal provider must be comfortable working in a new practice environment and helping establish care within the community. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, including 1-in-6 weekend hospital call coverage (24-hour call with rounding on Saturday and Sunday) and 1-in-2 weeknight beeper call, along with 24-hour weekend call for established clinic patients only. Call responsibilities are phone-based with a very low census, and the provider must be willing and able to take call as outlined to be considered. Overtime applies after 40 clinical hours per week.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist in establishing and growing care services within a new clinic setting
* Participate in hospital and clinic call coverage as scheduled
