Schedule & Coverage-
Clinic Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00a–4:30p (weekly)

Friday clinic every 3rd week
Call Schedule:
Monday–Sunday call every 3rd week
Call Frequency: Every 3 weeks
Practice Details-
Practice Setting: Hospital-based Outpatient Hematology/Oncology

Patient Volume: 12–15 patients per day
-
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
-
EMR: Epic Beacon
-
Clinic attached to a 21-chair infusion room at one location
-
Second location includes a 5-chair infusion center
-
Radiation oncology co-located at one site
-
Location 1: 3 NPs + dedicated RN
-
Location 2: 1 NP + dedicated RN
-
Nurse navigators, palliative care, and dietitians at both locations

Board Certified Hematology/Oncology or pending board exam – Required
-
Active Virginia Medical License – Required
-
BLS – Required
-
DEA – Required
-
Minimum 1 year experience – Required
