Coverage Needed
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday
- Outpatient Clinic Visits: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- After Hours Phone Call: 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM
- Weekend Call/Phone Only – Shared with Virtual Inpatient Rounding, for Established Patients
Clinical Details
- Cover 2 sites
- No surgeries or procedures required
- EMR: EPIC/Dragon
- Support Staff: 1 APP; Medical Assistants in practice
- Locums will not supervise APPs
Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology & Medical Oncology
- BLS Certification
- Active MI License or IMLC
- Case Logs:
- 24 patients with illnesses related to Hematology within the past 12 months
- 24 patients with illnesses related to Medical Oncology within the past 12 months
- Years of work experience: 1 year(s)
