Practice Setting

Outpatient clinic only
-
No procedures or surgeries required
Schedule
-
Full-time: 40 hours per week
-
Monday–Friday clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Call Responsibilities
-
After-hours phone call only: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM
-
Weekend call: Phone-only for established patients
-
Shared call with Midland/Alma team
-
Virtual inpatient rounding on weekends
Support Staff
-
1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) onsite
-
Recruiting for a second APP
-
Medical Assistants in practice
-
Locum providers will not supervise APPs
EMR & Documentation

EPIC

Dragon Dictation
Requirements
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in BOTH Hematology and Medical Oncology
-
BLS certification required
Licensure
-
Michigan Licensed or ability to obtain
-
IMLC Candidates preferred if licensing
Credentialing
