Locum to Perm Opportunity – Physician (Oncology)
Greenville, SC $315/hr (1099)
Position Overview
Join a free-standing cancer center in Greenville, SC, offering a locum-to-perm pathway for a Board-Certified Hematology & Oncology Physician. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive care in both outpatient and inpatient oncology settings with no call responsibilities.
Practice Highlights
- Team Environment: 7 Physicians + 6 APPs
- Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
- Average Volumes:
- Outpatient: ~25 patients/day
- Inpatient (rounding): ~20 patients/day
- Clinical Areas: Oncology – Outpatient & Inpatient
- EMR System: EPIC
Key Responsibilities
- Active participation on the Tumor Board
- Management of Bone Marrow Transplants
- Oversight of Blood Bank
- Ordering tests, imaging, and prescribing treatments
- Collaboration with Nurse Oncologists for chemotherapy administration

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
- Active South Carolina medical license
