- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and Trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 16-20 patients per shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in an outpatient-only setting, with no call and no weekend requirements. The role involves splitting time between two nearby sites approximately 30 minutes apart, and candidates must be licensed and credentialed in both states. Full-time availability is strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
* Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
* Coordinate care with support staff and other healthcare professionals.
* Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality of care.
Qualifications
* Active and unrestricted medical licenses in two states.
* Eligible for credentialing at multiple outpatient sites.
* Ability to commit to a full-time schedule.
* Strong clinical and professional judgment.
Working Hours
* Outpatient-only practice setting.
