Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient medical oncology and hematology services. This is a locums-to-perm opportunity starting immediately, with a possibility of ongoing extension. As part of our team, you will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:50 PM, with full staff support, including dedicated Advanced Practice Providers and a robust electronic medical record system (Epic). Enjoy the chance to work in a facility equipped with 590 hospital beds, delivering top-tier care to a diverse patient population.

Hourly Pay Rate: $463.13

Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Active Minnesota Medical License (IMLC accepted) or ability to obtain
- DEA certification
- Proficiency with Medical Oncology and Hematology, including solid tumor coverage
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working in outpatient oncology clinics
- Familiarity with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Experience with oncology treatment protocols
- BLS certification
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology
- Prior oncology outpatient practice experience is desirable
Other Requirements:
- Ability to start by April 6, 2026
- Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
- Licensure, certification, and credentialing within 90 days (120 days if licensure is required)
- Valid DEA registration
- Travel and licensure-related reimbursements provided where applicable
