Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
- Valid Minnesota Medical License or IMLC acceptance
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
- Proven experience with Medical Oncology and Hematology, including solids coverage
- Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Epic
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior outpatient clinic experience
- Additional certifications in relevant subspecialties
- Experience with hospital-based practice management
- Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology
- Active Medical License in Minnesota or eligible for licensure
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in a contract-to-permanent position
- Availability to start immediately or within a short timeframe
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
- Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable
