Are you a dedicated Hematology/Oncology Physician seeking an impactful role in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting? We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated clinician to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Required Skills:
  • Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
  • Valid Minnesota Medical License or IMLC acceptance
  • DEA certification
  • BLS certification
  • Proven experience with Medical Oncology and Hematology, including solids coverage
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Epic
  • Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior outpatient clinic experience
  • Additional certifications in relevant subspecialties
  • Experience with hospital-based practice management
  • Bilingual abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology
  • Active Medical License in Minnesota or eligible for licensure

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to participate in a contract-to-permanent position
  • Availability to start immediately or within a short timeframe
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR system
  • Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $463.13, with weekly pay scheduled via direct deposit.
