Hematology / Oncology Locum Tenens Physician

Position Overview

One of our Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide full-time outpatient clinic coverage in Cambridge, Minnesota. This is a weekday-only, no-call assignment with strong APP support and a predictable daytime schedule.

This opportunity is positioned as a locums-to-permanent pathway. Drive-in candidates are required, as the client has expressed interest in a potential buyout.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Call: None

• Pay Ranking: Top 15% of outpatient Hematology/Oncology locum pay (2025 market data)

• Estimated Total Contract Earnings: $430K

Assignment Highlights

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Hematology and Medical Oncology care

• Manage solid tumor oncology cases (required)

• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary care teams

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Epic

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered oncology services

Skills & Experience

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology (required)

• Solid tumor oncology experience required

• Outpatient clinic experience preferred

• Epic EMR experience required
