- Dates: Start date early April-think it would be April 13th
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12
- can be 2 physicians 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
- 12 -14 patients per day
- 10-12 on treatment/follow up patients and 2 consults per day
- 60% hematology and 40% oncology
- Certifications: BC or BE, WY CSR, DEA
- Credentialing process is 30-60 days
