Solid tumor coverage required

Estimated Timeframe:

90 days with active license

120 days if license is needed

Board Certified Hematology/Oncology – Required

Active Minnesota License or IMLC Accepted – Required

DEA – Required
-
BLS – Required
-
Drive-in candidates required
