Salisbury, Maryland

Seaford, Delaware
Locations are approximately 30 minutes apart
Provider must obtain licensure and credentialing in both MD and DE
Patient Details-
Patients Per Shift: 16–20

Trauma Level: III
-
EMR: Epic
-
Board Certified Hematology/Oncology – Required
-
Fellowship Trained – Required
-
Active Maryland and Delaware License (IMLC Accepted)
-
BLS – Required
