- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- EMR System: Epic
- Patients Per Shift: 16-20
- Trauma Level: 3
- Support Staff: 1 MA, 1 PA/NP, 2-4 Office Staff
Requirements
- Board Certification Required in Specialty
- Fellowship Required
- License: Must be licensed in MD or IMLC
- BLS
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges
- Temporary Privileges Available
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- Preference for full-time candidates
