Locums Hematology/Oncology Physician
Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin
Assignment Availability
- Dates: June 29, 2026 – October 30, 2026
- Coverage Needed: Full-time (late June through October)
- Schedule:
- Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: 1:3–1:4 (when a provider is off)
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Required)
- Fellowship: Hematology/Oncology (Required)
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- ATLS
- BLS
- Community-based Cancer Center
- Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per shift
- Patient Types: Ambulatory and hospital consults
- Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies preferred (performed onsite)
- Staffing Model: 2 MDs and 3 NPs
- Infusion Center:
- 18 chemotherapy infusion chairs
- 2 non-chemo infusion chairs
- Radiation Oncology services available onsite
- EMR: Cerner
- Trauma Level: III
- Scheduled clinic hours plus call
