- Other details: The facility which is trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 15 patients per shift. Full-time coverage is needed from late June through October with a 1:3–4 call rotation when a provider is off. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., working alongside two physicians and three nurse practitioners in a community-based hematology/oncology setting that also offers radiation oncology services. The department manages the majority of hematology and oncology cases, provides on-site bone marrow biopsies, and cares for both ambulatory and hospitalized patients, with an infusion center featuring 18 chemotherapy chairs and two non-chemotherapy infusion chairs. Bone marrow biopsy experience is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform and/or oversee bone marrow biopsies.
* Participate in shared call rotation as scheduled.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and multidisciplinary care teams.
* Manage chemotherapy and infusion-related patient care.
Qualifications
* Experience in community-based oncology practice preferred.
* Bone marrow biopsy experience preferred.
* Ability to manage both inpatient and outpatient consultations.
* Strong clinical and communication skills.
Working Hours
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* Call rotation of approximately 1:3–4 when a provider is off.
