Coverage Needed
- January 19, 2026 - Ongoing
- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Weeknight call 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Weekend Call: 1 weekend per month, Friday 4:00 PM to Monday 8:00 AM
Clinical Details
- Patients per day: 18-20
- Patient population: 18 years and older
- Department: Hematology/Oncology Clinic
- Outpatient Clinic/Call Responsibilities:
- Check EPIC In Basket daily
- Place own orders; nurses assist if needed
- Sign outpatient notes by end of day or next day
- Report off to next provider in On Call Rotation
- Take after call coverage as scheduled
- Round on assigned inpatients and complete consult notes by end of day
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: 1 APP, 1 RN, 1 MA
Requirements
- Board Certification in Oncology
- Active OH license or IMLC LOQ
- DEA
- Minimum experience: 1 year
