- Date: ASAP - 1 year
- Schedule: M-F clinic, 8-4:30, call in hospital every 3rd week
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Patient Volume: 15 per day
- Support Staff: Nurses, CMA, APP
- EMR: Cerner
- Requirements: WV license, BC, DEA, BLS, ACLS, Oncology Fellowship, 3-5 years' experience
- Credentialing: 45-60 days
