Practice Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology
Dates of Coverage: March 2026 - March 2027
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric
What Percentage of the Practice is : Hematology 50%; Oncology 50% - 0% IM
Location: Plymouth, IN
Clinical Details:
- Setting: Outpatient clinic only
- Average Patient Volume: ~30 patients/day
- Hospital Rounding/Call: None (0 patients/day)
- EMR: EPIC
Required Clinical Skills & Procedures:
- Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters
- Bone Marrow Biopsy
- Participation on a Tumor Board
- Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants
- Orders Tests
- Blood Bank
- Orders Images
- Prescribes
Administration of Chemotherapy:
- Physician
- Nurse oncologist
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Oncology & Hematology - Required
- Active IN License (required)
- BLS - Required
