Join our team as a Hematology Oncology specialist in a facility that integrates outpatient care with an attached chemotherapy treatment center and hospital. We are seeking a dedicated full-time provider, with the flexibility of working two weeks on/off if needed. You'll work five shifts a week with one week of on-call duty every three weeks. The role requires active engagement with patients primarily through phone consultations during off-hours without the necessity for an on-site presence.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care in hematology and oncology, with the expectation of managing approximately 12-15 patient encounters per shift.
- Coordinate care through the outpatient clinic, chemo treatment center, and hospital facility.
- Maintain communication with patients during on-call weeks through phone support without on-site visits.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Hematology Oncology or Board Eligible
- Active California medical license required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient activity and hospital clinical experience
- Clean file preferred for expedited credentialing
- Proficient with managing approximately 500 analytic cases annually in a COC-accredited program
Working Hours
- Weekdays 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM with an hour lunch
- On-call evening and weekend duty one week out of every three
